The Gower Brewery is a microbrewery based at the Greyhound Inn, Oldwalls on the Gower.
They produce hand crafted ales of the highest standards using traditional methods.
They use only the highest quality ingredients such as the amazing floor malted barley from Warminster Maltings which has been producing malts in the same way since 1879.
The hops are from Charles Faram & Co ,Who have been supplying the finest hops from all over the world since 1865. This provides us with an excellent choice of high quality hops to gain some unique flavours in our beers. Helping achieve this is our Master Brewer Dave Campbell, who has over 23 years’ experience with national and regional brewers.
